We help our clients to take advantage of document imaging technologies, to bring out their bulky and high maintenance paper files from their cabinets/storage rooms, on to their computers.
Our service includes prepping, scanning, image indexing/verification, quality control and delivery via CD-ROM or internet FTP. Document images can be delivered in any industry standard format i.e. TIF3, TIFF4, JPEG, PDF etc. Document converted to adobes image format (PDF) can be made word searchable via OCR engines.

AMAMSCAN provides scanning of 16mm and 35mm roll microfilm, microfiche and aperture cards. Our process involves need assessment and test job to understand blip positioning or edge recognition of the microfilm. If required, we then apply image enhancement tools to produce the highest quality possible. Our conversion services include black and white and grayscale scanning, image indexing/verification, quality control and delivery via CD-ROM, Internet-FTP. We can also create/link database for these images to be searchable. |
